Trond co-founded Attensi nearly 14 years ago and has spent more than a decade challenging traditional approaches to workplace learning, arguing that training should be measured by performance improvement rather than completion rates.

With a background in Physics from both the University of Oslo and Georgia Institute of Technology, Trond is a regular speaker on AI, learning science, and skill mastery.
