Our commitments
Training that makes a difference beyond the workplace
The same technology that helps employees build skills and confidence can help people facing some of life's hardest moments. We want everything we do at Attensi to have a positive impact on people, communities and the planet – and we hold ourselves to clear goals to make that happen.

What we stand for
Three commitments guide everything we do

Help people master new skills
Learning new skills quickly and continuously matters for individuals, organizations and society. We partner with customers and non-profits to make high-impact training accessible – including to young people who need it most.

Care for our environment
We work to minimize our environmental impact across our own operations, and help organizations build the knowledge their people need to work more sustainably.

Build equal opportunities
We're building an open, trusting and fun workplace where people from every background can grow – and we expect the same commitment to fairness from the partners we work with.
Training for good: our impact projects
25,000+adolescents supported
Helping Hand is a role-playing game that helps teenagers handle anxiety, bullying and depression, and builds their resolve to ask for help. First used with Syrian refugees in Lebanon, it is now available in five languages and won the World Economic Forum UpLink Youth Mental Health Challenge in 2022.
Freebuilt with the NSPCC
Talk to Me is a free interactive simulation that gives adults the confidence to hold difficult conversations with children about abuse – so every child who speaks up feels listened to.
£28bnlost to poor mental wellbeing at work in the UK
With workplace mental healthcare provider Onebright, we built simulations that help managers and colleagues spot the signs and start supportive conversations about mental health – practicing in a safe space before it counts.
Aligned with the UN Sustainable Development Goals
Our goals towards 2030 are aligned with the UN Sustainable Development Goals. These are the four where we believe we can make the biggest difference.
