Join us and other HR and L&D leaders for a morning on what happens after adoption – when the licenses are bought, the policy is signed off, and the real question is whether your people can use any of it with confidence and good judgment.

Danish companies are among Europe's fastest AI adopters. However, many companies struggle to identify what has actually changed as a result of AI adoption. And since August, national authorities have been enforcing the EU AI Act's AI literacy obligation – which makes "we gave everyone access" problematic.

We'll open with what the numbers show: Circle K closed 96% of identified competence gaps across 14,000 employees, and Bohus grew revenue 2.5x against a 1x baseline. Then the skills that matter more as AI absorbs the routine work – judgment, difficult conversations, decisions under pressure – tested live, on stage, in an unscripted AI role-play. And finally why confidence is built by practicing rather than watching, and how to evidence the behavior change that follows.

We'll wrap up with an interactive panel discussion, then it's your turn to try everything yourself. A morning of practical answers, not predictions.

Metro: Gammel Strand (M3 or M4) is a two-minute walk. Kongens Nytorv (M1, M2, M3, M4) is about seven minutes on foot.

Train: Take any train to København H, then M3 to Gammel Strand – or walk it in around 15 minutes through the city centre.

From the airport: M2 to Kongens Nytorv, then change to M3 or M4 for one stop to Gammel Strand.

Bus: Several routes stop at Højbro Plads and Gammel Strand. Check Rejseplanen for the best option from where you're starting.
