Attensi at Workforce Innovation Expo 2026

Attensi will be exhibiting at the Workforce Innovation Expo, the UK's only event built for retail and hospitality workforce leaders. Come and see what your teams could be training on - hands on, on the stand.

This year, Attensi also takes to the stage with Wyndham Hotels & Resorts to share how 4,000 frontline learners across EMEA turned mandatory compliance training into training they choose to repeat.

When: Thursday 10 September 2026

Where: Protein Studios, Shoreditch, London

Stand: B13

Compliance training that people choose to repeat

Every hospitality business has critical compliance learning to deliver. Getting it completed is rarely the hard part. Making sure it sticks, across thousands of frontline staff in a diverse EMEA network, is a different problem entirely.

Zak I., L&D Manager at Wyndham Hotels & Resorts EMEA, joins Attensi on stage to walk through what changed when 4,000 frontline learners moved to gamified simulation training built for repetition rather than completion.

The results so far

  • Nearly 20,000 playthroughs across the programme
  • 3.1 repetitions per module on average
  • 74% average increase in knowledge

What the session covers

  • Driving adoption across a complex, multi-site hotel network
  • What worked, and what didn't, when rolling out at scale
  • How to turn mandatory learning into training people repeat by choice

What to expect at the Attensi stand

Rising employment costs, tighter labour supply and the Employment Rights Bill all land on the same place: how fast a team member becomes productive, and whether they're still there in month three.

Visit our stand and you'll get your hands on the platform itself - not a walkthrough of it. Run a simulation the way a shop floor or front-of-house team would. Handle a difficult customer in AI role-play and watch the character push back the way a real one does. See readiness data across a multi-site estate, rather than completion rates that only tell you who finished.

That's Attensi: practice-based simulations of the situations your teams actually face, with game mechanics that bring people back by choice until skills become instinct.
