What's IMPACT in a day?

We know your days are packed, and finding time to build impactful training often falls to the bottom of the list. That’s why we created IMPACT in a Day – a focused, supportive workshop where you’ll get the dedicated time, structure, and expert help you need to actually get it done.

Whether you are a SKILLS or PROCESS designer, you’ll walk away with:

  • A new training with the goal of being launch-ready.
  • Confidence to build faster, smarter and better.
  • Inspiration and new energy by connecting with fellow Attensi creators.

All in one productive, energizing day – and yes, we’ll celebrate together afterwards at an afterwork!

Note: To get the full value from the day, participants should be certified in SKILLS or PROCESS Fundamentals as a minimum. This ensures we can dive straight into building – no time lost on the basics.

    Cecilie Kaaber

    Manager Attensi University

    With a bachelor's degree in psychology and a master's degree in behavioral science, she has a passion and interest in developing services and systems that enhance human experiences. At the same time, she aims to improve human capabilities, and it was this that led her to start Attensi University

  • Harreit Allen Attensi University

    Harriet Allen

    Senior University Training Specialist

    Harriet studied English literature at Durham University and Medieval Studies at the University of Iceland. She brought with her experience in creative writing, education, and digital marketing to Attensi. She has previously worked as an Account Director for Brainlabs and now works on the Attensi University team together with Cecilie and Amanda.

  • Amanda Enooksen Jonassen Attensi University

    Amanda E. Jonassen

    University Training Specialist

    Amanda studied Organizational Psychology and Leadership, bringing a passion for communication, cultural engagement, and a touch of Viking nerdery. Originally from the stunning Lofoten islands and now based in Oslo, she’s often found at a concert, dance class, or deep into a podcast. Before joining Attensi University, she worked in event management and communications in the public and humanitarian sectors.
