Attensi wins Virke Innovation Award 2024

Attensi is very proud to win the 2024 Virke Award for Innovation as we launch Attensi RealTalk!

Three candidates made the award nominations, with the judges commenting that all three, “in addition to the commercial, have also contributed to creating value that affects society in a positive direction."

The judges announced Attensi as the winner of the innovation award.

“This year’s award winner shows how the business sector, by combining cutting-edge expertise from different disciplines, such as advanced technology and psychology, can develop innovative products that solve the training needs of employees regardless of industry, location and company size. The product Attensi has developed has great value for the user and society.”

Spotlight on Attensi RealTalk

Attensi CEO Trond Aas gave insights into the ways game-based simulation training is making real-world impact and the latest AI technology that is not only making employees more productive but also training them to be better and more confident in their jobs.

The highlight - a demo of our latest innovation to market, Attensi RealTalk, the first AI powered role-play training tool that enables real conversations with virtual humans.

The simulation solution provides a safe space to practice difficult conversations in realistic scenarios such as sales, coaching and customer service.

It is a unique combination of agentic AI, AI freeform dialogue and simulation design.

“Thanks to everyone at Attensi! And thanks to Hovedorganisasjonen Virke for the recognition, and for a super conference. Rarely have I been on the same stage as the prime minister Jonas Gahr Støre, the opposition leader Erna Solberg, the minister of trade and industry Cecilie T. Myrseth, and especially, Pål Wibe! What a show. And the reception of the live demo of our RealTalk product was fabulous.”
