Talk

You Haven't Taught Until They've Learned

At Learning Conference 2026 in Sweden, join O'Learys Group's Anna Rönnelöw, Head of Learning & Development, and Attensi's Linus Alenvret in conversation on how game-based training stopped being a mandatory course and became a business driver.

When: 16 – 17 September 2026

Where: House of People, Stockholm

Stand: 16

The O'Learys Story

The session | 1:40 PM - 2:10 PM, Breakout room

How do you move from training nobody wants to do, to a learning culture where people choose to develop themselves?

Anna and Linus take the O'Learys story from the start: role-specific, game-based training rolled out across a large frontline workforce, and what it took to make it stick. Not the polished version - what worked, what didn't, and what changed as a result.

The business case sits at the end of it. Better learning showed up as better guest experiences, stronger results and higher profitability.
