RTIH AI in Retail Awards 26 badge marked 2026 Winner

The RTIH AI in Retail Awards spotlight the most impactful applications of AI across the retail sector. The Training and Learning Category recognizes deployments that support employee upskilling, onboarding, continuous learning, and knowledge sharing. The judges recognized the Attensi and Dawn Foods partnership on all four counts.

What Dawn Foods achieved

Dawn Food is a global bakery ingredients company where teams move fast and time for training is limited. Working with Attensi, they transformed how training is created and delivered across the organization. Using Attensi Skills, Creator, and AI Copilots- and AI agents, the team:

  • Reduced competence caps across the workforce
  • Increased engagement and repetition - the behaviors that turn training into lasting performance
  • Accelerated time-to-content from weeks to hours, giving a time-pressed team the ability to build high-quality gamified solutions

Why it matters

Simply adopting AI doesn't transform a workplace. What Dawn Foods demonstrates is what happens when it's applied with purpose — embedded into how people actually create and share knowledge. The result is training that's faster to produce, more engaging to complete, and built by the people who know the business best.

Our Retail Technology Hub Award for AI in Training and Learning, won in collaboration with Dawn Foods, marks a strong start to 2026 — followed by the Lighthouse Tech Award for Best Innovative or Emerging Tech Solution in Talent Development and our Strategic Challenger placement in the 2026 Fosway 9-Grid™ for Digital Learning.
